HVL-102 hall velocimeter
HVL-102 Hall current meter is designed and produced according to the national standard GB1482-84. This device is suitable for measuring the fluidity of metal powder by standard funnel method. This device can be used for any powder that can freely flow through a standard funnel with a diameter of 2.5 mm.
1. Principle
The fluidity of Jinli powder is expressed by the time required for 50g metal powder to flow through a standard funnel with a specified aperture. 2. Instrument structure
2.1 Funnel (small hole diameter 2.5mm)
The funnel is made of stainless steel and has sufficient wall thickness and hardness to prevent deformation and excessive wear. 2.2 Bracket, Base and Receiver
The bracket is used to fix the funnel. The base is used to install the bracket and receiver. Please adjust it horizontally, stably and without vibration. Adjust the height of the bracket and fix it with the attached wrench, and install the funnel on the bracket. The receiver (stainless steel plate) is placed on the base to collect powder.
2.3 Balance (user-provided)
Maximum weighing 100g; A stopwatch with an accuracy of 0.05g2.4
The measuring time can be accurate to 0.01s2.5 measuring cup.
This device is equipped with a stainless steel measuring cup with a volume of 25ml. Users can refer to the provisions of international GB 1479-84 to complete the determination of the loose density of metal powder (funnel method).
